Returns, Shipping and Warranty


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on CUSTOM WORK, DISCOUNTED ITEMS,  GIFT CARDS and purchases on ALL VENDING EVENTS .

Returns are subject to 15% restocking fees.


Some products are ready to ship and some are made when ordered. Please allow 3-4 days for your items to be shipped out from the date you purchased.

We will send you a message if your item needs to be made first. 

We only ship domestically, no International shipping at this time. We use USPS for all of our shipping needs.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your purchase comes with a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on Workmanship.

Warranty covers all work done on the product such as Stitching. The Warranty covers Machine stitching and Hand stitching under normal use and is valid for the life of the part as long as you own the product. Some hardware is also covered under the warranty depending on the issue. Please contact the shop for questions. 

Unfortunately, we CANNOT Warranty Zippers anymore if there is an issue with the zipper tab or metal teeth.  

Leather is not warrantied and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable.

For Warranty work, or Inquiries about what is covered, please contact us by email for approval or answers. 

The customer is responsible for all the necessary shipping fees and/or insurance. North & East Leather is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of item during shipping.
